Return policy

 

Every item is strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site, and we have strictly inspect every items before shipping to make sure buyer get satisfied with the products shipped to them .

 

 

Return and Refund 


1,--Products with quality problem in 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier can be returned and refund. 


2,--Dresses have quality problem as follows can be return and you can request a fully refund

  • Obvious quality defects
  • Not following the customization requirement of customer
  • Size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements.
  • Obvious wrong color as customer chose (Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition. The quality problem is not included with color aberration.)
  • Merchandise damaged during delivery. (at this case we recommend you refuse to sign for the parcel)

 

3,--We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered dresses, All returned dresses (not with quality problems mentioned in point 2) will have a 15% -20% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the Dress. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 7 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price.

 

Solution


1, --For the dispute on size deviation, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. Customer shall submit the photographs to service@yoursdress.com and we will have the designated personnel to take the dispute and a reply will be offered within 24 hours.
2,--For the dispute on color deviation, please take some photographs of the merchandise you received and send to service@yoursdress.com,our customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours.
3,--For Merchandise damages , Please take some photographs of the merchandise you have received and send to service@yoursdress.com , our customer service will do the first step inspect of merchandise , after authorization of return then you can send back to us , and then we will contact the manufacturer, and we will give it a alteration or replace as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. YoursDress will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
Shipping damages must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier, and of course you can refuse to sign for the parcel. 

 

Unreturnable


1, --We don’t take any responsibility on the delay of your using the product if the processing of Custom Made order is delayed due to the late remittance of product fare.


2, --We don’t accept the request for the return of your received product in the event of product did not meet your requirement on the change of style from the original product design. We shall strictly follow your requirement on the change of the original design of product after you paid for the relevant order you placed. 
--We made the items by strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site


3, all requests for returns such as not looks like the picture I ordered, dissatisfy about the quality and not the material I like etc, are not accepted. 


4, --In case of your not satisfied about the product received from us, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. For maintain your own interests, we don't accept the returning of the goods you are not satisfied without a Return Authorization. We are neither responsible for the refund nor take over your dispute on the product after you return the goods without the Return Authorization and caused the package missing during the return.

Canceled Orders 

 

Cancel could be requested in 24 hours after order placed.  


All orders canceled after 2 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. YoursDress reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. YoursDress shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing. 




Refunds 


Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

 

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees


yoursdress.com can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.
